- For a golf-course location, notice ball exposure, maintenance activity, water, lighting, and course access.
- Confirm driveway space, guest parking, garage access, and room for larger vehicles.
- Check cell reception and ask about available internet service for this address.
- Picture arriving here in the morning, evening, and during your normal routine.
02Exterior & lot
- Look at the roof, stucco or siding, exterior paint, windows, and doors.
- Notice visible cracks, settling, staining, drainage patterns, and grading.
- Walk the walls, gates, fences, easements, and usable areas of the lot.
- Check patios, shade structures, sheds, workshops, garages, and RV access.
- Review landscaping, irrigation, mature trees, maintenance, and water use.

- Test whether the room flow and bedroom locations fit the way you live.
- Notice room sizes, ceiling height, natural light, views, and window placement.
- Check floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, cabinets, and built-in storage.

- Confirm closet space, laundry location, garage storage, and everyday organization.
- Think about furniture placement and changes needed before moving in.

- Check counter space, cabinet storage, pantry space, lighting, and work flow.
- Note appliance age, condition, fuel type, and which appliances are included.
- Run faucets and showers; notice water pressure, drainage, and hot-water timing.
- Look below sinks and around tubs, showers, and toilets for leaks or past moisture.
- Check ventilation, grout, caulking, fixtures, mirrors, outlets, and lighting.
- List cosmetic updates separately from repairs or functional concerns.
